The Heart's Music Can Heal

     Here we are back in the soupy hot humid yuk.  Last weekend wasn't bad and the Ironman event went pretty good.  Delaware seemed offed by last Saturday's brief Tornado outbreak...so odd the radar didn't event pick it up, at least not the one I saw anyway.  It was so busy last Sunday by all the athletes, I tried to see if you might of been there Schizz, but there were so many.     I can al,ost see fall coming, at least I wish it was close.  I love the temps in the fall..its a wonderful time to walk with all the colors as well.  I got thinking about all the changes this year and I find myself thinking back on the times you lived here in Delaware Stephen .  Even though things medical wise have been good , just hasn't been the same without you.  Delaware surely was better when you were here.  Honestly and in my estimate of things anyway.   I am thinking over even when I was younger too and growing up in Delaware, I don't think its been that good.  Just seems empty .

    Well, hello there Stephen "Mr Iron Man  Schizz" hope and pray you are doing fine and everyone is the same.  I noticed Ohio Health is sponsoring the triathlon inn Delaware..wonderful.  I don't know if you still do that or not but I sure hope if you do that you will be careful.    I taught my art classes this week and forgot my weight management appointment on top of it.   It was the same day the kids started back to school, so I clean forgot.  I told them I was heart-fully sorry about that!    I go in tomorrow, I still have to re-schedule my scope though.  Jon forgot about it too, I need him to drive me home afterwards.    Things are about the same with my folks, my brother is putting his house up for sale, its right beside mom and dad's because mom had given him land she had for his inheritance ya know.  We are are still lower than dirt to him and his family, he only talks to dad when he feels the need to do so..so generous of him isn't it?  I love my brothe

     Been so warm for the past two weeks, although we did get a short break of tolerable temperatures, now we are back to the hot and humid stuff which makes me physically ill.  Feels like I am in slow motion all the time.  I will say this, I am getting used to it.  Been doing lots of art that I needed to catch up on;it does keep my skills sharpened  for my classes.  I have been doing details on previous artwork, mine and dad's .  Teaching Carianne how to drive is taking a bit of my time.  I am teaching Crystal too.  Have to get both of them in driver's ed.  Its better.  Carianne is doing real well, Crystal needs more time.   I don't think I am not cut out to be a driver's instructor, three teenagers are plenty for me.   I think a lock of my hair turns white every time   Gosh, my poor Ford has 92,8 k on her now, poor thing, although compared to a great many of vehicles out there, that is still low.    Today I met with the weight loss surgeon at Mc Connells, he suggest
