Hello, I'm Here

     Been so warm for the past two weeks, although we did get a short break of tolerable temperatures, now we are back to the hot and humid stuff which makes me physically ill.  Feels like I am in slow motion all the time.  I will say this, I am getting used to it.  Been doing lots of art that I needed to catch up on;it does keep my skills sharpened  for my classes.  I have been doing details on previous artwork, mine and dad's .  Teaching Carianne how to drive is taking a bit of my time.  I am teaching Crystal too.  Have to get both of them in driver's ed.  Its better.  Carianne is doing real well, Crystal needs more time.   I don't think I am not cut out to be a driver's instructor, three teenagers are plenty for me.   I think a lock of my hair turns white every time
  Gosh, my poor Ford has 92,8 k on her now, poor thing, although compared to a great many of vehicles out there, that is still low.
   Today I met with the weight loss surgeon at Mc Connells, he suggested Gastric Sleeve for me, that to me sounds better than the other.  Since I started the program, I have lost 10 lbs, Carianne and Jon were tickled about that, so was I. At this point, I still will be needing surgery.  I am following my diet and exercise program.
  I am still only working two days a month with my art class, I am enjoying it, just wish they would use me more at the store, but I will take what I can get.
   Sure hope you are ok, Stephen, I always think about you everyday, when I am not writing you, you are on my mind constantly, miss you so much and pray you are fine and your family is doing well, I know how special you all are!
   Hope you have had a good week, seems like its been an off couple weeks for everyone
I love you Stephen, I believe its still growing each day,even though I can't see or touch you right now.  Its still so strong  You are in my prayers every night, you and everybody there.

Weather Spotter

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
