Happy Birthday Stephen Anthony Schiss

  Happy Birthday Sir Schizz,  thought I would add a little Swiss Schiss to the title today.
   Don't Know what your plans are today but I sure wish you the best of everything the day has to offer.
   All the love and happiness that comes your way.
   Since I can't have cake, make sure you have extra.  You do better with it than I could.
    Stay young at heart and you will always be young, again you are better at that than I am too, that is the best thing to do!
    I am going to share a memory that I have of you, it was about six years ago this month actually when I discovered just how much you meant to me, though it took so long to register in my mind. Good thing my heart never forgot what you were trying to convey to me then.
  I know I use music so much to illustrate my feelings at times but sometimes that is all I can do because words trip.
    I remember the songs that were playing on the radio on that day after I went home, the best day ever.
    Hope you enjoy, pray that your day is filled with many blessings. Your special day!

Weather Spotter

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
