Goodbye July, Goodbye Dutch, Goodbye Sadness For This Month

  Hi Stephen

Hope you and your family are doing good and enjoying the summer, I see the bicycling all over Delaware because of Iron Man , I always think of you especially now..:)

Today was the last day of Camp Creativity at Michael's, and it went well, glad it was a good day , its now back to my classes and KIDS CLUB on Saturdays.

Sure could use some good things to end this month, not sad however to see it go, on top of three local High School Seniors being killed, two by a car accident on Africa Rd, the other I am sure you have heard was killed on a ride at The Ohio State Fair called "The Fireball".

My prayer goes out to all the families.

Dutch was a cat I gave to my parents and my sister when I moved to Delaware and the kids and I first came down here.
Its a long, gruesome story, but Dutch was fifteen years old , my parents neighbors dog came over running with another dog.  They cornered Dutch and another kitty of my sisters.
Their neighbors un neutered dog grabbed Dutch and shook him, breaking his neck and instantly killing him, it was my mom who saw all of it happen and it shook her up badly.

Jonathan and Carianne were bothered by it all too.

Needless to say, when  my sister came home from work that day, she had to bury a cat and have a long talk with their neighbor.

Even though it was a week or so ago, it still up in the air because, its going to be a constant worry for them.

We also had an interesting family reunion at the helm was Aunt Billie, so you could imagine the atmosphere ...lol

So, Im hoping August is a better and more hopeful one, that everyone stays safe..ok SCHIZZ, this means all of you in Amesbury, Ma and all the extended family.

Talk at you later

love,

Sally
