Finding Time To Say " I Love You "

       During the rush of the day and other obligations needing attention, its nice just to stop and let those around us know how much they are loved.  I believe it is always something that needs to be said and something everyone needs to hear.  After all, it was Christ who taught us to love one another, that way those around know we belong to Him and we are from Him.  " I Love You " brings happiness , so many ways to say it and so many ways to show it.
       I never let my kids get out the door for school without hugging them, giving a kiss on the cheek and say those wonderful three words.  If I am visiting my parents, sisters and brothers, the kids and I always give a hug and kiss and tell everyone "I Love You."  It goes with every phone conversation to any one of my family members, never ending with reminding them how they are loved so...
          I know Sir Anthony S is a very busy man, so caring and helpful.  I just wanted to stop and tell him, how much he is loved by us....simply..a big hug and kiss....and
" I love You"

Weather Spotter

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
