Uncle Frank's Service

The sun struggled to shine yesterday, it was so gloomy and it rained all day today.  I wish the kids and I went to Uncle Frank's memorial service but it was so crowded that mom and dad were the only ones that went from my immediate family.  Aunt Billie, my cousin Haven and Aunt Janet went.  I talked to mom yesterday and she was pretty tired but said the service was really nice.  They played his music and even displayed his guitar.
The service was completed with full military honors. Mom and I were both kinda disturbed by Uncle Frank choosing to be cremated, but he and my Aunt Bonnie wanted that and both were placed inside of the urn in accordance to their wishes.  I told mom that I don't think I could stand having an urn with a loved one inside the house, it world bother me too much but everyone is different.
Uncle Frank loved music and was proud of his Irish heritage, so the minister sang "The Old Irish Blessing" to honor his memory.
So I like to post it once again.
