If It Wasn't For Your Love, Schizz, I Couldn't Hang On..

                                             It can be said that without any doubt in my mind that if it wasn't for you being in my life and your love, I don't think I would have the strength to hold on for my kids and my family.  You are the voice of reason when I get upset. 
                                             The last two days have really worn me out physically and emotionally. The kids did real well at their concert and I am very proud of them.  Their grandmother up north did come to see them, which was nice but she still likes to see how far she can push me..to make a very long story short., it was nice when she went back home.  It just feels the same to me, like that chapter of my life is over.
                                               Pray you are doing ok Stephen you have my love, all my hugs and kisses, sorry it took me so long to get back to check in on you, believe me, you never left my thoughts.   Hope you week has been good to you so far, I always want it to be, I will write you again tomorrow, or if I get rest enough to write you again tonight..Love you so much, love to your family too!

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
