                                           That looks great doesn't it..its warm today, but not quite that warm but it still looks nice.  We had freezing rain this morning, poor Murphy went down on his doggie rear end this morning. I think Daisy was afraid he'd fall on her.  Anyway, I decided to wait until it got warmer before venturing out to get my daughter a pair of new shoes for her concert on Monday.  I also had to get some groceries for a family Thanksgiving get-together at mom and dad's tomorrow. I noticed some vehicles in the ditch along 23 that they must of left this morning.
                                           I heard this song on the radio and thought of you instantly and how very wonderful you are, so please take it easy this weekend.    If you need to be out and about just be careful, I remember one time noticing a scrap on your hand, I asked you what happened..you told me that you did that trying to shut the window.  It may be tempting to open the window this weekend, so if you do just be careful shutting it down..ok? (SMILE) Love you so very much, my hugs and kisses and love to your family too! (You know you have the largest part of my love)

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
