Hi Stephen , Hope And Pray Everyone There Are Fine, Love You

                                          I know I went off again on my last blog, just so worked up about what my brother and his family have been up too.  I am getting I hope, If you can pray for all of us , I really appreciate it.
                                          Pray you and your family are doing good and things aren't as stressful in your life. I really do hope so.  No one needs all this aggravation and disappointment huh?
                                          Been rainy all day, took a couple days break from my artwork, going to start again tonight or tomorrow.  I forgot to take a picture of the painting I did which was for my brother, since he doesn't want it, I gave it to dad.  Got to take a picture when I am out again to check on mom, dad and Vick.  This all has been building up, I guess my brother and his family thinks we are too stupid to notice all their excuses over the years.  Must be nice to be so perfect, anyway enough of that.

Weather Spotter

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
