Today Is Wednesday Isn't It?

   I think Jon brought home some kind of "Funk" from his job, I feel a touch better today, waiting for Meijers and Delaware Primary Care to get together on my Paxil prescription..I feel like a big dummy, I called them about five or six days ago because I was running out and needed refills, I probably garble my phone message, I called again today and Daisy decided to bark all the while I was leaving my message on the refill line.  Yeah, big Dummy because I could have done all of this on "My Chart".  Been out of it four days
  Oh Well, strike a smooth move again for me....la, la
Jon felt bummy Sunday, I have felt bummy the last few days and now Carianne feel bummy..."Love Is A Many Splendor Thing"  Don't you want to share this Schizz...You are out of range for this..thank goodness right?..lol

  Hope and pray everyone is ok and you are fine, I worry about your so much, if you had a dime for every time you have seen me write this to you, you would be the richest man in the world...you already have a kings ransom in all the love I feel for you my prince!

Weather Spotter

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
