Light Is To People Many Things, Here's My Sunshine, The Most Handsome Man I Know!

    Wanted to give a shout out to the best  and most handsome man I know.   I have many male family members in my family who are good looking, like my dad and son, extended family not withstanding of course.   Stephen is my sunshine...I know..I am bragging.  He is kind, considerate, understanding as well.
     I was thinking of this on my way back from Meijers, as everything is all good now.
I was playing Boston on my CD player in my Taurus.   I drove over the Alum Creek Dam today and thought to myself how wonderful it would be to show you Schizz some of my childhood memories by the places where they took place that now are gone or underwater.  I never got to do that while you were still in Ohio.   I do know the same holds true with the places you know that are gone in your hometown of Amesbury, it surely will be a treat to see them with you.
    You had given me so much, and I am blessed and very thankful!
  I know I have said it a hundred times over and over every year, that is because I am truly grateful and I mean it.
    So today , for a reason I am not sure why,, other than I love you, hope you won't be upset that I am not ashamed to say it.
   You are the best, the only one, Love you Stephen!

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
