A Hardy Hello To Everyone

   Just wanted to say hello and tell everyone that I am thinking and Praying for you Schizz and your family.
   Yes, I've been sad and sick these past few days..weeks I guess.  Been having extreme pain...I know what it is though, nothing big , at least I don't think it is. Feels like a kidney stone.
   Going to tough it out here at Worthington Arms for awhile longer.   Going to be a great aunt again, Carianne is tickled that Randy and Julie are having a little girl.  Brendan will have to get used to a little sister.
   I do hope everything and everyone is doing fine and you are keeping yourself ok.
  Wish I can be a more cheerful sounding.
   Have a painting class on sister's birthday.  I have two interviews for jobs on Thursday, one is marketing the other is for an insurance company that caters to union families.  I'm actually hoping for that because it's just about little over fifteen minutes from here on 23, near 270.

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
