Something About Friday Night That Makes It Extra Special Thinking About You Schizz!


                   Another week gone by and Olentangy wins again at football, last week it was 49 to 7 over Big Walnut, Now 39 to 0.  I am embarrassed to say I don't remember who they played tonight.  I stayed home with my daughter because she was tired.  I had to pick my son up from school.
                   I think he is worried more about getting his first vehicle than his school work, which is suffering right now.  I know the excitement, a little, I was 19 before I got my first car.He's got a lifetime to worry about the wonderful world of car/truck ownership.  I guess I am speaking as a typical parent.  Guys may see things differently than girls about vehicles.  My son is thinking about how many students at the High School have vehicles.  His grandparents, aunts and mom had all tried talking to him about it.  I pray he will see that he doesn't have to be like the crowd.
                  I am thinking about you to Schizz because there is something about Friday nights that makes it extra special for the feeling of love and togetherness.  I pray you are doing ok and that your week was a good one.  I care so much about you, I know you have kept me together, everyday I feel closer to you even though we are a distance apart.  I promise always

Weather Spotter

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
