I Wonder If You Know How Much I Love You IM Schizz.

                                               Hope and pray you have had a good week at the office, Schizz .   Don't know what you do on Friday nights.  Olentangy , like other schools have their football games in the fall to keep the kids busy.  Olentangy took on Big Walnut tonight and won according to my son who came back from playing in the band tonight for the team. I did some fall landscaping before it got dark. The nights have been so nice this week.  September is about done, hard to believe that.  Tomorrow my son has a band contest, my daughter and I are going over to my parents for dad's 80th birthday party.
                                              Most of the time I dream about you so I look forward in going to bed at night, so I can see you IM Schizz.  Guess that sounds sorta silly but my heart knows how much I love and need you, so the message gets sent to my mind.   I guess the rest of my being just knows you are far away and accepts it during the daytime.   Since I haven't heard from you for a long time, I just wonder if you know how much I love and care about you...I can only go by my memory.
                                              Sometimes it is difficult to keep my hopes up.  I just wanted to say hello and send my love your way and to your family.    I just wish love didn't have to be lonely at times.

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
