Hello, Been So Busy!

      Been taking my daughter everywhere with her friend Crystal, well mostly here.  Crystal spent three days here.  This is really the only chance I have had in the last three days.  Jon and his girlfriend Heather took the girls and I to see the Zoo Lights in Columbus.  I have been busy doing that and baking.  Tomorrow I have to start and finish some artwork for a secrete Santa, never felt so tired in my whole life.  The kids and I watched "The Book Thief " together tonight, a well done film, very good.  Still doing my Avon.  Got a good deal on Naturals Shower Gel, Body Spray and Body Lotion, all three for $ 7.00.  Considering that the body spray and body lotion is $ 8.00 a piece, its a great deal.
    Depression and blue wise, I am doing better, I have to take Scooter and Daisy first of the month to see the Vet, I know I will cry again.  It takes me a while to work it out.
     I have decided to go to CONCI at Polaris to help me mange my weight and eating habits.  I believe it will help a lot.
     Sorry I haven't written but believe me you are always on my mind and locked in my heart because when I miss you, need you and even think of you, the longing jut hurts.

Weather Spotter

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
