Wanted To Catch Up Just A Little

    Been overly busy today trying to finish up all the holiday stuff, proud to say Oh I'm about half done...Phew..yeah thought maybe I would have finished more than that..oh well.  Did my online Avon training , it was really informative.  I found it somewhat amusing that to lessen wrinkles on the face at night you should lie on your back.   Just can't get comfortable that way, so I guess I am in big trouble.  Did you know a person has over 15,000 facial expressions, this too can age your skin.  A person can't help that but Avon can help fight it with their Anew Skin Care line...so you know an interesting tidbit.
   Been caring for old Murphy, poor old dog, I have been nursing, bathing and doctoring him...he has been giving me dirty looks but loves the attention.  Old T the cat is still holding her ground too, kinda cute, the old animal home for the ages..I guess.
  Hope and pray you are surviving the holiday woes.  The  Christmas commercials are getting more annoying, Toyota-thon Rock and Big Lots..gosh The Black Friday Woman Song...Ahhhhhhhhhh, Carianne really hated it.
  Heck with that, I just put in my Christmas DVDs.  I got Jonathan liking An American Christmas Carol with Henry Winkler .  I remember it coming out in 1979 because Mr. Sweeney had our English class watch it for an assignment.  Small wonder the story was based in New England.  I also believe Henry Winkler was a graduate of an acting college in Boston.
  Funny, how I remembered that.
Anyway, thinking about you Stephen and everyone there and all the family, I am sure like my family, some are scattered around in different states.  Have a good nights rest and a good day tomorrow, love you Schizz, please take care, many hugs and kisses.

Weather Spotter

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
