Been Thinking About You More Than Usual Lately

     Hi Stephen,

            Wanted to write and see how you all were doing and you were.  Been thinking about you much more than I usually do.  Just concerned about you.
             Didn't get to watch the eclipse, it was too cloudy here in Central Ohio, plus I had a annoying headache all day, just stayed in my right temple.
             Hope and pray things are good, things here are the same as they normally are, can't complain today..lol
             Trying to sort out all my artwork that needs done ..yet again and ones I want to do over again, sometimes I'm not too happy with some, so I put the picture up for awhile and then look at it again .  I get better ideals.
            I am still trying to perfect my wood working skills and getting wood accumulated to actually do some damage.  I'm not as good as you or dad though, compared to what you guys have done..I make yuk!
           Hours have slowed down at work so I am taking the time to get things done around the house..again..lol
            Its a never ending story
Wanted to let you know schizz That Im thinking about ya, stay safe and stay out of trouble.

Weather Spotter

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
