Good Week For Everyone

   My daughter 's first week of school was an exhausting one but a good one because of all the classes she has and the wonderful teachers.
  I'll be going to work tomorrow and won't be working again until next Saturday.  Kinda bummed but it gives me a chance to catch up on my art and work on my woodworking patterns.
   Hope you are having a good week too Schizz, and the family and all your friends are doing good too.
    The circus as I now call where we live.  There is always something with drama going on, here recently it's been the clowns in the spotlight..lol.
   Seems quiet where the kids and I are, the neighbors are ok but just down the road a bit, we seem to have a highschool peeping pervert...
     My wish is that the next time he peeps ,there's a big burly dude staring straight back at him..ha ha
    Bet you don't have that bothering your neighborhood in Amesbury,MA , Stephen :):)
    Anyway,
    I do pray things are going good for you, still think about you a lot.

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
