For you Stephen Anthony

                  Hope you like the music.  Been battling sleep and insomnia war, sometimes I feel so drained I don't write much.  I have been exercising, cutting down portions and watching the fat and calorie dial.  
                   Been working on the job thing and stumbled on an art opportunity that is like running a business.  Sorta like I did for Personal Touch Portraits.
                  I guess this is the latest thing called  " Painting and Vino"  Its were an artist teaches Acrylic painting techniques for a finished work of art while the student can relax and sip on wine while doing the artwork..like a social event.   It is set up in restaurants and wine bars.  The company is based out of California and is trying to set up this therapeutic art experience throughout the states.
           It reminds me how Personal Touch Portraits started out when I first knew about them in 1986 and they did real well for several years afterward.  I have been trying to make up my mind whether I can do it.  I know about painting but nothing about wine.  I read over their website and the only thing that bothers me is the cost it would be to set it all up.  Avon was easy, it is only fifteen dollars to start.  What they offer is a free start up kit with investment cost to follow.  Still kicking it around in my mind.  It would be something to actually say I taught a class.

Weather Spotter

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
