Early Morning..Again, I know


     Thinking about you Mr. Stephen Anthony..or I'M Schizz,  Is thinking about you keeping me from getting sleep..I'll let you decide on the facts..I think you know.  Hope and pray you are doing well and everyone up in Amesbury is ok too.  Delaware and all here is the same.  Gosh I can remember this song coming out in 1977...you know me..Miss Music..well classic "Any Type " music, not the modern stuff.  I leave that to Carianne, Jon, he likes the classic rock but mainly country.
      I didn't tell you about a conversation I had with a Mennonite lady and her husband while I was having my stress test done.  They were so cute, she was 80 and he was ninety.  While he was back getting his test.  She was trying to tell me about her "Experience" with her colonoscopy test.  She was trying very hard to be polite.  "That stuff they give you to drink " she started  "Is terrible tasting , but the next day..was just awful !"  she finished that statement with a smirk.  You know I just giggled back at her and told her that my mom went through that but dad to this day, will not do it.  I'll tell ya, it isn't the best indorser what people share with me about  the dreaded "Colonoscopy Test".  Sounds more like a punishment.  I'm telling you, I am going to wear a carianne's horse mask, or paper bag over my face.  I will draw a frowny face on the bag...otherwise, I'll die of sheer embarrassment because knowing my luck one of my classmates or friend of the family will be in the radiology department for something else the same day..I know it...call me a chicken, I don't care..lol

Weather Spotter

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
