Wishing You All A Happy And Blessed New Year

                                   What a busy last two weeks having the kids off on Christmas break, hard to believe its the new year already.     Its been non stop running with two teenage girls, Carianne and her friend Crystal, she is like another daughter.  I wanted to stop and take a moment to wish you Stephen and your family a wonderful time on this first day of the new year, praying that this will be a good year with many blessings.    I hope the kids an I will get to see ya this year, until then, you have a glorious day, love you so very much Schizz.  I am going to have to write you a big letter of all the happenings this past Holiday , or this crazy past two weeks.  Going to go over to my folks today after being up north to visit the kids grandma Pat.  Made our annual stop at the cemetery, Jon did the driving this year, the kids did super!

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
