Sending Love Your Way Today Schizz!

        Wanted to write you that I haven't forgotten you, hope and pray you had a great week and everyone is ok.  They are having The St. Mary's Festival in Delaware this weekend, among all the sorrow recently, it's a refreshing blessing.
      I don't go usually, I really should but I have so much here to do regrettably.  I noticed that here lately my grammar is poor and I do apologize for that.  I think because by the time I can get on the computer, I am pretty tired.
     I am still doing my diet and exercise, like I said Carianne keeps a eye on me all the time, been nursing our elder feline, "Dash"the one we called "frog face" because his eyes are so far apart.  I have been holding him while Carianne has been giving him Pedia-lyte because he got lost and know is dehydrated ...he isn't the brightest, but he is a much loved cat.  He is doing better.
     I talked to mom and she said dad keeps asking about what everyone is doing Sunday..its cute.. I know he looks forward to being thought of and being the center of attention for the day... I don't blame you dad's, we ladies get our day too.
    I pray you and your brothers have a great weekend, especially you...you know I love you and think about you very much and if I could , I'd share the day with you too.
  You take care of yourself and don't over do it, Ok?  I know its going to be a warm one...love you so, so very much Stephen, check in later!

Weather Spotter

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
