Still Battling The Hot Weather

   Hi Stephen!,
        This time I finally got to the computer before the kids do.   Even though we have a weather system coming through to give us a slight risk of severe storms tomorrow, it still keeping us in a warm pattern.   Been cooler today and yesterday.  It really made me chuckle, the weatgher band said it would be colder....we got into the nineties, I guess the term "Colder" had to be applied  Usually they say cooler.
      You have been on my mind constantly, sure hope and pray you are doing ok and your family is fine.  Carianne is still "cracking the whip" when it comes to my diet and exercise, bother her and Jon have been great keeping me in line...so don't worry.  Tomorrow my boy will be 18..can't believe, so proud of him, I know his dad would be too.
      You know if it wasn't for you, my dad wouldn't be here now to share a special bond to his grandson, its like daddy had filled a little of that void when Jeff died.  I know I have said it so many times, but the kids and I are blessed that you came into our lives when you did and even now your positive influence has impacted their lives and especially mine..thank you darling one
   Hope you are being safe and careful, I love you so very much, you never leave my thoughts and prayers Schizz hon!!!!

Weather Spotter

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
