Sharing More Pictures Of My Walk

   Hello Stephen,
          Hope and pray you are doing ok and everyone in Amesbury is fine, all the family is good.
Uncle Myron had a defibrillator put in last Monday, thought you may want to know, he is doing fine.  Dad was in better spirits yesterday, if there is anything different, they don't tell me, but I know they are ok because, mom and Aunt Billie rat them out anyway.  Dad is still battling the nerve and still doesn't sleep very good.
      Sure hope you are fine, I always worry, some guys don't like to talk about their health problems, I noticed you do that too, I know you can be hard pressed about your heart issues.  I keep praying that you are keeping well .  Just love and care about you Schizz, you know that.
    I seen where you all are getting rain in New England and Massachusetts.  We have had off and on rain and thunderstorms here too.  It is supposed to be cooler tomorrow.  Carianne and I will be walking at Highbanks.  The next few days, I have to do a lot this week..ugh from Doctor's appointments and painting the skirting around the house.
    I will keep you informed, have to beat Jon to the computer..but I will.

Weather Spotter

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
