A Sunny Tuesday, Three Honks For The Red Goose

     Its sunny and a bit warmer today, hope its improving in your New England today Schizz.  I wish the sun was up your way and if it is , God be praised.   Any day God Be Praised, that is for certain!
    Pray everyone is doing well and you are ok and taking care of yourself.  You are always on my mind, well you are in my heart too!
    I would give three knocks on my car horn for the lovely day but I am still waiting to get it repaired, so "The Red Goose" will have to wait a little longer.  Dad named my Ford Taurus that  now.
    Looking forward to Easter, only draw back is I won't see you,  your family will have you there and that's what is important.  I always miss you though!
    The kids and I will be going over to mom and dad's Sunday.
   Later on today I will post another "Easter" song for ya.  I have been working on my Avon and trying to find a more steady job.  Been kinda uninspired with my art right now, slumped I guess, that gets me down.  I am being good and doing my exercises and my diet, still spinning and stepping.
   Thinking about how your day is going, hope and pray its going good.  Be careful out and about, Love you so much Stephen!

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
