Happy Good Friday Evening Stephen & Family

        Wishing that everyone had a nice Good Friday Stephen, been having a good day and evening with Jonathan and Carianne.  I was doing some cleaning today too, that's always so much fun, but I got my crafts, floral and all in one room, now all I need is to organize it.
        Had a good interview with the folks at "Cracker Barrel" only the hour I need to work for Carianne's schedule isn't the hours they need but the manager is going to call me in a week, she needs to check to see if they can use me.  That's the scoop on that.
       I pray you all will have warm temperatures and good skies Sunday , we are supposed to hit about seventy with cloudy skies .
      Tomorrow, I got to finish my Easter stuff to take over to mom and dad's, I made an Easter Bonnet with tulips outside decoration for them, but they do't know it.  I have to put some finishing touches with other spring flowers on it.
      If I was with all of you, I would give each one of you a hug to say Happy Easter Weekend, especially you Schizz,because I love you the most.

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
