Hope You Are Having A Lovely Day Too.

   Really gorgeous day out today, Hope you are having a lovely day too Stephen and you get to enjoy it.    I had to get a money order today and ran into my snotty so called fair weathered sister-in-law and my once nephew, they blew me off, that was ok, because I have nothing to say to them that was nice, so I just said hello to the greeter of the store instead and went about my business, at least the store clerk was polite.
  The day is nice but kinda strange, I have to get money orders to pay my rent, but I was six dollars and sixteen cents short.  I offered to pay the rest in cash BUT NO, they don't take cash, now I have to go and get another money order for that amount...such a pain...oh well, such is my life, never a dull moment.
  Carianne has band tonight, nice day for that too.
 Hope and pray your family is well and you are ok, love you so very much Schizz, if I had a penny for every time I thought of you, the pennies would be gold and I'd be the richest lady in the whole world...well having you I am already!

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
