Happy Friday Into Saturday
Hi Stephen, hope and pray everyone is ok, A Big Hello To All. Pray you are doing well and that you had a great Friday.
I got two appointments at OhioHealth McConnell, For Surgical solution to weight loss seminar March 16 at 1:30pm and for weight management seminar April 6 at 3pm. I was so tickled to find it. I wanted to see what the best option was for me. I feel better just looking forward to it. So that was a highlight of my day. I talked to Vocational Rehabilitation Services to see if they can help me with finding a job. They were the ones that helped me get my hearing aids , glasses and lighting aides about eighteen years ago.
The kids and I went to see a property out on the same road as mom and dad, it sits on three and a little over a half acres of land, so it so off popular, I have known the home for years, infact mom used to pass it when she was in high school. It is a typical mid 50's home, no basement, no crawlspace, just a slab, it really is remarkable it has retained a lot of interior qualities, great deal of hardwood in it. Jon was excited about seeing it, I doubt though if I will be able to afford it with the property taxes as high as they are out there, but it was fun to look at it, curiousity . I know the kids like it out there close to their grandparents.
The house has quite a owner history. Let's just say that before the last owner the previous two owners were unique. The way the house is designed is unique.
The lady who showed it to us was nice, her son had the property for five years. Jon got his truck stuck when he backed up in the wet grass..poor kid , he was so embarrassed. The lady was really understanding and joked with us to lighten the mood. She actually is a bus driver for The Olentangy District and used to pick up the kids here in Worthington Arms, talk about a small world.
What a day,
My turning signal in back of my Taurus blew out, I had some obscene thrown at me and several horn blows because of it, Jon will have to fix mom's light .
