Beautiful Day, Hope Yours Was Just The Same 'Boston Strong" Always But Thinking Of You Especially Schizz!

                                                              Just remembering what happened two years ago, just seems like it hasn't been that long.  Sure nice to see all the uplifting enthusiasm in Boston, such great encouragement for the nation and it surely needs it.  Spent my day exercising and sorting through art projects I need to get finished.  I was writing down themes for my Facebook Art Gallery, it will come easier to sort and post my work that way.   I opened all my windows to get the fresh air back in the house,it was a nice day for that!
                                                             Hope you had a nice day, I always wish in my heart that your days go good for you and that everyone around you are doing fine as well and benefit from your help.
                                                             I just would like to be there too when the days are full of trials, so I can give you a hug to bring you comfort.  You know hugs are great for that!
                                                             So many hugs, kisses and a nice rub down to soothe you to sleep tonight, even if laying my head on your shoulder or chest would help or just be pleasant to you, I send that too!
                                                            Please have a wonderful and calming rest overnight.  When you wake I wish for you a gentle brush of my fingers across your handsome face, a loving smile to start your day.  I love you so very much Stephen, you are my one and only, my joy and sunshine!  Have a great day!

Weather Spotter

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
