Good Night My Sweet Prince Sir Anthony SCHIZZ, Have A Wonderful Day Tomorrow!

                                                                         Cold tired day today, my daughter had a track met tonight and it was cold enough to snow...don't like to see it let alone say it huh?  She is doing well and in long jump she marked 11.5.  She wants to beat that so bad.  You know they just started.
                                                                        Other than that I spent most of the day working on my Face Book art gallery. I finally got it caught up.  The computer was acting up, doing its usual crashing, I had to start it up several times from my search engine.  Tomorrow I am going to finish up my art piece I have been working on for the past few weeks.  I think its the longest I ever spent on a single work..oh well, but I want to do it right.
                                                                       Pray that everyone and everything at the office are all going good and you are taking care of yourself. Hope and pray the family are all fine too.  All the time I think how wonderful it will be to see you again, touch you and hear your voice.  I always hope I will make you feel like a man, as it should be whenever I speak and express myself to you, even if its written words.
                                                                      Please get some rest, sending all my hugs, kisses and warmth tonight and again in the morning for you sweetheart, just be careful and know I love you so much!

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
