Warm Today But Rainy And Stormy, Hope You Had A Sunny Day Today SCHIZZ !

                                                                   It was in the seventies today and boy was it rainy and stormy,.  I spent most of the day working on my artwork and listening to classical music, not only is it enjoyable but helps me relax and not rush through it.  My daughter's second track meet was cancelled because of the rain but yesterday she placed third in the long jump!  My son got to work on the cash register at his job, he said he enjoyed it and had a nice group of people come in tonight!
                                                                   Got some flooding around the house, nothing major at all, supposed to get more rain and storms overnight but nothing severe thankfully.  Didn't look like you all up there in Amesbury got rain, although its probably heading your way so I hope you can get in one more nice day there before it moves in.
                                                                  Prayerfully you had a good day today and everyone is staying healthy and safe , especially you!   Haven't heard from you for awhile, my mom always teases me when she doesn't hear from me, she asks if I am among the living.
                                                                I constantly think about you and how you are doing because I love and care about you so much.  Any thought of you brings me joy, I have to admit I'd rather have you right in front of me so I can touch you and tell you how much you mean to me in person..that would be the best!    Please take care of yourself Stephen, its no secret how much I worry about you and love you.  You always know that...All my love tonight, all my hugs and kisses for you in the morning.  Check in tomorrow...love you so, so very much!

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
