Hi Sweetheart, Hope You Are Having A Good Day, My Mr. Schizz!

                                                            Thinking about you right now hon, hope the day is going good, my son has to work today and my daughter is done with track practice for the week.  Their coaches treated them with donuts from "Tim Hortons".  Made my trip down to "People In Need" today and while I waited the man who is a director there was telling me all about him and his wife's experiences in Africa while in the "Peace Corps" from what I could hear ( he spoke real softly at times, he and his wife are around in their seventies) it sounded like some experience.
                                                            Its warming up today about seventy but with storms, typical for this time of year.  Sounds like it is going to be a beautiful Easter weekend though!
                                                            Oh, I forgot to tell you how that Crock-pot roasted chicken came out, the kids loved it, it got picked pretty clean.  It turned out really moist, so moist in fact, the skin sorta evaporated in the Crock- Pot, the meat pretty well absorbed the flavor of the brown sugar / pineapple marinade, so that recipe is a keeper .
                                                           Always think about you and last night was no exception , its so wonderful to imagine being in your arms Stephen before falling asleep!  I miss you so terribly!
                                                           You be careful on your way home from the office tonight.  I haven't watched the national news today so I don't know what the weather is like in Massachusetts, so hopefully its nice and warm.  Massachusetts and Ohio sorta teeter on the same weather pattern, only you get the weather off of the ocean, which is fierce at times huh?
                                                            My daughter is watching "Five People You Meet In Heaven" as I am writing this, I remember you read that book and I wrote you to tell you I got the movie.  I always bring it out around Easter, that and "Jesus Of Nazareth" can't break tradition.
                                                          Please be safe, have a good meal tonight and if you can and I am almost sure of it, if its nice out, get your walk in right?  Rest and if I don't write you tonight because I am thinking about you so much,  begging for your touch I need to write you again.  I'll write you tomorrow on "Good Friday" I love you Stephen, All my love, hugs and kisses go to you Today, Tonight, Tomorrow and Forever!

Weather Spotter

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
