Good Morning Sweetheart, Have A Good Day, Love You Schizz!

                                                                  I know I said I'd write you tomorrow, I caught a break from all the storms and confusion of the morning, so I decided to write you this morning to wish you a great day with much love and if I could I'd top it off with a tender hug!
                                                                 I'm surprised I am still awake, been up and down all night long because as soon as I signed off from writing you last night.  Our area was placed underneath a Tornado Watch.  I feel asleep a few times but was waken up by lighting.  Thank goodness nothing came from all of it. Its rainy still and cloudy.  It has gotten cooler.  I'll probably crash later on today before starting on my artwork.
                                                                 That young lady Lauren Hill who wanted to play in the National Ladies Basketball League and got the chance because of her inoperable brain cancer. Doctors only gave her until December of last year to live, she passed away this morning.  Heard that while the kids were getting ready for school.  Its heartbreaking,  she was only nineteen.  I hope she will always be remembered as a remarkable and courageous person!
                                                                 I took some pictures last night going to pick my son up from work.  I had to borrow the car to get my daughter from track practice.  Hope you enjoy them.  Please have a good day darling.  Write you later on or tomorrow, if I fall asleep right?  Love you Stephen!

Weather Spotter

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
