Early Morning Again, Thinking About You Schizz, Love You Have A Nice Day!

                                                               Sorry its early again, I know, was a busy day Tuesday, my daughter had a track meet and a band concert.  I feel more confident , still feeling sad, sorry if I grumbled about myself.  I get discouraged so easy sometimes.  I am doing better with losing weight and eating right.  Have to stay away from using too much of the darn salt..I know.
                                                               My son likes those old Fire Birds, he talks about them because you had one once.  Since he's been working he stops and picks things up from the store.  It cracked me up, I picked up a small container of regular decaffeinated coffee at the store.  My son told me, that he needed stronger coffee, so what does he do?   He waltzes in the house with a big can of Classic Roast Coffee. "This will help me in the morning mom, the other isn't helping."  Everyone is a critic I guess...I know..I am my worse one.
                                                             Hope and pray all is well at home in Amesbury and you are doing fine.  I always think about how you are doing , want to see you so badly.  I just need to wait until you want me there.  My life can be so crazy with all the kid's schedules, I know too my life isn't complete without you in it...miss you and love you so very much!
                                                            You keep taking care of yourself, ok?  Be careful and safe, I'm sending all my love with many kisses and hugs when you get up, when you get home and when you retire for the evening.  Have a wonderful day Stephen, love you sweetheart!

Weather Spotter

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
