Very Beautiful Sunday Schizz, Hope You Had A Great Day!

                                                              Kinda of a slow but beautiful day, the sun was out and Crystal, my daughter and I walked around Alum Creek Dam.  It was plenty busy, got a blister on my foot but got to walk a good stretch.  So far so good, our picture wasn't posted on Facebook, so we got out of that alright.  worked on my artwork just a bit today.
                                                              Pray you got to enjoy the beautiful weather today yourself.  Wish we could have walked the trail together, or even better still would be the trails around where you volunteer at.  Bet it is real pretty there.
                                                             Just quiet right now, the grass is greening up and the day is getting longer.  The kids will be getting out of school May 21st, so they don't have much longer to go.  My son finally is showing much improvement, so that is a relief.
                                                             I pray you are doing fine as well your dear family.  I love you Stephen, please be taking care of yourself.  I always worry how you are doing, check in tomorrow.  Have a restful night!  As always, you have all my love, all my devotion and all my hugs and kisses!

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
