A Rainy Saturday!

                                                      First weekend in the new year is a gloomy one thus far, how is yours SCHIZZ?  Next week it is turning colder to the negative digits,so here we go again huh?   Hope and pray you are keeping yourself well and healthy, knowing you, I'm sure you are. I also pray that your family is doing well too!   Nothing really going on at the moment, just another Saturday.  My daughter wants to use her gift certificate she got from KOHLS so needless to say we will be going out later.  That is the most excitement for the day. 
                                                     Not sure right now how the weather is up in your "Neck Of The Woods" but keep yourself safe and warm.  You know I always think about you and worry over you, so if you have to be out today, just be careful Stephen..Ok.    All I can imagine right now is sharing a nice warm fire with you, kinda chilly in the house.  It would be nice though to share a quiet day with you...So I will be cuddled next to you, nice and warm in your arms today in my thoughts, that will help.  I'll check in on you a little later...Love you so very, very much, my love...hugs and kisses for the day!

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
