Late Message Tonight....Love You!

                                                The kids start back to school tomorrow from their break.  Come tomorrow night into Tuesday, we are under a Winter Storm Watch for snow and very cold temps. Anyway, tonight, I am thinking about you as a head off to bed.   Just wanted to tell you how much I love you and that I hope and pray you have a wonderful day at the office tomorrow.  I know its late and I hope its ok to write you.  Just have felt so down and just wish I could have a hug from you. The comfort, caring and concern from the love you give in them would be much appreciated from me right now, Stephen!
                                               I didn't talk about it before in my blog, so I'll share it with you now.   It is now Monday January 5th, 2015 as I am writing this.  I know I type slow.. while we were up north in Willard, Ohio, Pat, you know the kids grandmother, had mentioned that our old house, that sits beside her, is going to be up for sale and friends of hers are going to buy it.  Why that has me kinda blue I guess, is because it brings back memories. Most of them sad, memories.    Oh how I need a hug from you to give me encouragement and hope for the future!!!
                                             So if I seem a little more odd or if I write more often, you will know why.  Hope and pray you are doing well, please be careful going and coming home from the office...I love you, my hugs and kisses always!!!!!

Weather Spotter

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
