Thinking About You Stephen, Love You!

                                                   The snow is starting to fall here, I guess we are in for 3-5 inches.  My son is hoping for a snow day, my daughter isn't.  Hope and pray all of you are staying safe and warm, looks like all of us or as you like (you all) I know you have teased me about me writing like that (SMILE) in for those sub-freezing temps, SO PLEASE be safe as you go into the office today and the next several days..you know I always worry about you.
                                                  I was thinking of how cute you look in your ball cap!  Wish it was warmer out to wear it right now  huh?  Maybe spring will come early this year...here's hoping.  You do look very nice in blue by the way, just make sure its in your clothing, not your skin because of the cold..Ok?  You know I'll check on you again and I will be asking you again, if you are taking care of yourself.
                                                 I wanted to draw out you a little something on the computer instead of downloading off of the computer.  I love you so very much Schizz and wish I was there with you, especially when its this cold, all my love and prayers for the family but most of all you along with my hugs and kisses!!

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
