Wanted To Wish You A Good Night With Wonderful Dreams..Love You Stephen !

                                                       If I could I'd give you a good night's kiss for beautiful dreams tonight.  Hope you had a good day despite all the snow yet again.  We had nasty freezing rain this morning, my son was able to beat it getting to school this morning in the car,  the buses made it in just fine, so my daughter made it ok along with the other students.  So, that was a blessing.  Another round of snow is heading in on Sunday, not looking forward to that.
                                                      Think warm thoughts, green grass and colorful spring flowers helps.  I know the only thing really to do in your off time, is to work on your wood crafting huh?
                                                      Me, I have been working on my artwork and Avon, although I still get in some floral arranging done to decorate around the house..what a combination of things.   Gosh it was warm just for a moment when it hit forty today, now its taking another dive.
              Pray everyone is keeping warm, safe and healthy, especially you Stephen, you know, I worry about you all the time. Everyday I always think of you!
                              At least tomorrow is Friday anyway, I pray you can relax this weekend.  The kids and I will be home, might visit my folks Saturday knowing that the next storm is coming in Sunday.
                                                    Wish I could hear your voice as you whisper goodnight, I do miss your voice too, along with your heart melting smile , handsome face not to mention the warm touch of your hand.  You have a restful night sleep, sweet dreams and have a great day tomorrow, many hugs and kisses.  Love you so much sweetheart!!

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
