Praying Everyone Is Doing Fine Throughout All This Weather...Love You So Much Stephen!

                                                              Hope and pray things are going as good as they can considering all the snow and wind.  Been very worried, thinking about you and how you and your family are coping throughout the storm.  I got tickled at a reporter covering the snow storm from Boston.  He was commenting how deserted the town was when this guy went past him on some skis, I had to laugh at that.  They tried catching the guy on camera, he was too fast.
                                                            I thought that would put a grin on your face.  You have such a wonderful smile and handsome face.   How I miss you so much, I especially miss your loving kindness and sweet charms.    
                                                            I did another artwork of a picture I did on your birthday card some years ago.  When I think about it, it warms my heart.  I hope it warms your heart again as it is all for you.  During all of this, I pray it bring you some happiness .  Its just a small portion of how much I love  and appreciate you!

Weather Spotter

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
