                                                       Hope you are having a good day Stephen, thinking about you, pray it is a good one. Been quiet today for the kids and I.  I have to go to pick up my daughter at her friend's house (Crystal) my other daughter.  Hope and pray your girl is doing well!  I got to pick my daughter up before that darn Ice comes in, we have a winter weather advisory starting at 1pm
                                                      Its just been my son and I, you know "Hoot Owl"..ha-ha.  Feel much better today.  The cold temps are getting less sub-zero.  I pray they are easing up your way and you and your family are doing well, especially...Hmmmm..ok wait for it....I think his name is.....oh yeah... Stephen or Mr. Schizz!!!!!!  So please be careful, safe and warm, you know I will always ask!

                                                     Well, its one of the days again, that is good for nothing else but watch the games, Basketball and Football, and I am sure there will be many "Freeze-Frame" moments..AND...I am sure some for real in Football, thanks to the weather!

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
