For Your Late Evening And Early Morning Encouragement, My Wonderful Stephen !

                                                          Hope you are getting some rest.  I know its real late, I was working on some notes for my art work.  My memory pattern doesn't take long to get off track, so I have to write or organize some of it before I forget.  I saw Aunt Billie a couple weeks back and she looks real well.  She asked me If I am still doing my artwork.  I said yes.  I haven't felt up to it because of my cold or whatever it is these few weeks, anyway, I don't hardly see her anymore since Uncle Myron retired.
                                                         My daughter will be in "The Honor Society" in school next year.  I'm real excited and proud of that, I know you would be too.  It's a first for my family to have someone go into that.  What a blessing that is.  My daughter sure deserves that!
                                                        Hope you are nice and snug warmly under your blanket.  It isn't too bad here, I have to sleep on the couch anymore to get comfortable, so I have to cuddle up with my pillow, although I'd rather be snuggled close to you!
                                                       Hope and pray you have a good day today and things will be fine! Same for the family too!   I enjoy fussing over you because you are so special to the kids and I! I love you so very much so please be careful today.  I pray for your safety!  All my love, hugs and kisses, darling one!

Weather Spotter

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
