Sunny Saturday, Cold Saturday...Pray You Are Staying Warm Schizz!

                                      January sure is making up for the snow missed here in December..we have another storm system coming in on Monday.   Freezing rain and snow.  Be prepared Stephen, you know how these systems hit or miss New England.  I think the older I get, the less tolerant I am to all of it..I have said it once before, no wonder grandpa Havens went to Florida after Christmas, thing is Florida isn't much better than we are really.     Oh well, how about Hawaii ..now that sounds great.  I know when I was a kid, snow was fun, building forts and having snow ball fights, or sledding.  All that was nice.  Now , we won't go there, If I went sledding, I would be in a full body cast.
                                      I never went skiing in my life, that would be an experience.  Anyway, hope and pray your family are all keeping well and safe.  Most of all you, There is only one of you, so you got to take care of yourself.  Best thing is to stay home and keep warm watching your favorite show or game (Heard The Celtics are trading Brandan Wright) I know my nephew will be talking about that.  Please stay safe, stay warm and if you have to go out, just be careful, Love you so much Stephen!!!!!!!!!!

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
