Hello, My Dear SCHIZZ, Pray You Day Is Going Good, Love You!

                                             Sorry I didn't get a chance to write you yesterday, The kids and I went over to my folks to see how everyone was doing since I was feeling better, I still have the stuffiness though and you know me, I was running late like usual and didn't get a chance to get on the computer, felt bad about that. Everyone is doing fine, dad was back in his "Man Cave " watching the football games.  He is feeling better, mom is doing ok, seeing everything that happened last week.  She was sorta upset with "Arbors" in Delaware, because of the care that her friend Carol got before she died.  I will admit, I'm not a nursing home person, everyone that I have known never seem to last in those.  Thank goodness for the people who take the time to care for the people they love at home, like you and mom did.  Wish there were more people around like you, the quality of life would improve greatly for everyone.
                                      Hope you had a nice day yesterday with your family and enjoyed the games. I am doing much more better today, still a little tired. I made the mistake in drinking a cup of coffee.  It was really good "Nantucket Blend " it was called but it seems I can't wind down after drinking coffee anymore.  It took me a while to fall asleep.  Ahh, but it was worth it for a good cup a coffee.  I had it over at mom and dad's.  My son loves coffee and will drink it well.
                                     I almost have to handle coffee like a treat. I have to drink water and tea all the time!  I pray that you are doing good today, thinking about you always, seems like every thought is filled with you.  That is great with me..nice thoughts!   Be safe going back and forth to the office today and tomorrow morning, I will write you tomorrow in the after noon.  The sun is out today and I hope and pray you are sharing it too.  I love you so very much Stephen, please be careful and don't over extend yourself..ok.  I worry about your stress level too.  My love to you today, I pray the Lord is blessing your hours!   Big hugs and kisses!!!

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
