Good Afternoon, Schizz, Pray You Are Having A Good Day!

                                                            Hi sweetheart, hope everything is going well for you today and staying warm as well.  Here we go with the arctic wind chills again.  Starting this afternoon through Friday, they could reach -25.  Gosh am I ever ready for spring, I know all of you are more than ready right?  I think even "Frosty The Snowman" would look for a warmer climate .
                                                          I guess you know what I am going to tell ya, Please be safe going back and forth,stay warm and safe!! I think I know what you'd tell me..stop watching the weather channel right?  I worry about you a lot.  Pray everyone is well.  The mayor of Boston, I believe has had enough of this weather, of course, folks jumping in pools full of snow isn't helping, just a release of  "Over-Snow" for people.  I remember in the Blizzard Of 78, we'd have fun jumping into snow drifts and sliding down mountains of packed snow...but we were bundled up and not in swim trunks..."To each their own" I guess.
                                                       You keep warm Stephen, me I'll be wrapped up in three blankets as the kids look at me strange.  I have already piled on the sweaters.  Love you so very much, wish I could be with you to make sure you keep warm!  I'll check in tomorrow if I don't later on tonight.. Love you so, so very much, my love, my hugs and my kisses for you to return safely to your home tonight!!!!!

Weather Spotter

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
