Hope You Had A Good Day My Stephen, Sweet Dreams Sweetheart!

                                                   Been writing a lot to you on Blogger today, I have been working on taking more pictures of my work and putting on my Facebook page for  my art , floral and Avon.   That is how I found a picture of my brother's truck.  I found another picture of me holding two bouquets I made for a bride and bridesmaid...oh my goodness ..its sorta scary looking..lol.    I hope I didn't bore you too much today with my posts, they weren't real exciting.
                                                  Hope and pray you and everyone are doing better with all that snow..I know we are going to get slammed again.  Can't wait until spring.  I still like the thought of a sharing a nice warm fire with you, all snuggled up.  I'm not looking forward to the cold we are supposed to get the rest of the month.  Just wish I was with you!   You get a good rest and have a good day tomorrow, may your dreams tonight be all you ever wished for.  I'm always thinking about you with all my love. My hugs and kisses always and forever too!
                                              Think I had enough curl in my hair..lol!

Weather Spotter

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
