Hi SCHIZZ, I On This Blog Now , Hope And Pray Everyone And Especially You Are Doing Fine Today!

                                                                  Hard to believe we are a Sunday already, this weekend went fast.  Hope you have gotten some rest and you get to enjoy the Superbowl today.  Been thinking about you, we are kinda dodging this latest round of weather, yesterday we were under a Winter Storm Warning, not sure about today.  Sorry about not writing yesterday, my son was up on my computer , I am still learning how to work my new phone, its kinda like a I Phone but not quite, I can access the internet with it but I am so slow about it....in other words, I stink about it.  You were filling up my thoughts all the while yesterday, that is for sure.  Hope you liked the picture of dad.
                                                                 Its probably a slow progress digging out where you are at, I know you all got slammed pretty hard.  Seems like this has been the longest winter yet.  I wonder if Mr. Groundhog will see his shadow, knowing our luck, he will right?   I won't hold my breath!
                                                                Love you so much Stephen, pray you had a lovely Sunday Mass and it wasn't too much difficulty getting there because of the weather.   I took advantage of getting on the computer while my son was taking a shower..Ha...Ha.  He's waiting on me now, he just laughs at mom and waits patiently.  My daughter has been up and shoveling the snow, still worries me though with all she has been through with the anorexia, but she is doing great!  Thank you for thinking about us.
                                                              You take care of yourself Hon, just take it easy today, if I was with you, I'd probably cuddle up with ya and not let ya up!  You have a good evening and morning and be careful going out..Love you so, so very much, many hugs and kisses!!!!

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
