Sorry It Took So Long Get Back To You!

                                                   Hi my dear , sorry it took me awhile to write you back today.  Been so cold, the kids and had to check the heating system in the house.  I called mom and dad to check on them and they checked on me telling what to check for causes of heat loss.  I have some holes in the duct work, I was able to patch them from the inside, but will have to have the kids help me to get underneath the home to check for any other damage.  Its supposed be warmer Saturday, so we will have to do it then, the furnace seems to be working fine, thank goodness.  The kids were off from school today and it looks like tomorrow too because of the windchill. 
                                                  Hope you and the family are all doing well, safe and warm tonight.  Pray you are all safe and warm tomorrow.  Hope your day was better than mine, of course I got to talk to my folks and write you, so that is the best.
                                                 Please be careful and if you don't have to go out, please don't Stephen if its risky, Love you so very, very much.  I'll write you tomorrow, wanted to share a photograph of my brother, duchess, our collie we had and me on my grandparents old farm and where our property met.  I'll have to find some more fun photos of us kids to share with ya...Love you Stephen, sweetheart, stay warm, love you so!

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
