Sure Looks Cold, Hope You Are Doing Fine Schizz, Love You!

                                                            I know a couple years back you shared a photograph of the lovely old home that you shared with your folks.  I wanted to return the gesture by snapping a picture of the kids and I 's little place.  Daisy decided to bolt out the door, I headed out after to catch her, so I went ahead and took it.  Gosh does it look cold.  My poor old Ford even looks like its shivering.  Daisy did come up too me.  I am a slow mover with these old joints in my legs.  The cold doesn't help much, its like putting rust on them..lol.
                                                           Hope you and your family are keeping yourselves warm.  You know I care about all of you, most of all you!   Was working on my art project for you today, I have another day and it should be done.  I do feel better, but feel a little blue, I am not sure why, other than I just miss you terribly at times, more times than not...I guess this is just one of those times!
                                                         Please be careful going back and forth to the office, stay safe and always, always take care of yourself...Love you so very, very much Stephen, my sweetheart..All my love, hugs and kisses, check on you tomorrow (Smile, please) just thinking about it warms my heart, such a joy to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Weather Spotter

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
