Been Worried About You My Dear Stephen!

                                                             I always watch the news, local and national in the morning.  I was so shocked to find out that Boston had exceeded a record snowfall that passed The Blizzard Of 1978.  The weight of the snow on roofs is a big concern for you now and how you are handling it ,  got me concerned about you and all the family there.  I hope and pray somebody can help all of you out by knocking some of the weight off of your homes.   Been worried about you and the snow that yet again has plagued The New England area.   Ohio has lucked out with all of it.  The weathermen were bragging about that this morning too.  All I can think of is.."pride goes before the fall" can't second guess mother nature.  So I'm not saying a word!
                                                           I wanted to write and let you know how concerned I am about you and I pray you and your family are all staying safe and warm.  Those arctic temps don't help either.  Just don't do anything to endanger your health.  I would imagine, there isn't much that can be done outside the house, so stay warm inside ok....love you so much Stephen, I will check on you later on tonight.  
                             Say this to the snow in Massachusetts and add "Anywhere but here!"

Weather Spotter

        Hello Schizz   Hope you are having a good day hon, its cold here, snow flurries have fallen along with rain.  I know that's nothing compared with what you all have had to deal with a few weeks ago, so I won't complain.   Went to my weather spotter class last night.     It was a good turnout, I noticed quite a few families there. I couldn't get Carianne to go with me and Jon had to work, so I went alone.  Compared to the Weather Spotter SkyWarn class I went to back in 1993, it was 100% more informative and helpful and that in itself was great because it was good then.  I had some problems though because my hearing garbled so much of what the instructor said, I was trying to stay awake.  Luckily I could read and see enough to understand what they spoke of.  So much of my hearing is tone, so many tones I can't make out or hear in general.    Back in 1993, much of the information was on Tornadoes and strai...

Not A Complete Good Report..Feel Like Crying

     Boy do I have to make some drastic changes to my diet.  I really like my new Doctor at OhioHealth, she is very good and on the button.  The good news that I got today was my blood pressure was good, how I did that is beyond me, considering the holiday weight gain..oh yes, very distraught about that, I could kick myself a thousand times over.  My blood work came out good, that is a medical wonder.   Dr. Barnett put me on a "Dash" diet for hypertension and I am to use my exercise bike for ten minutes a day, low impact .  So I am spinning along with you Schizz , so glad I have my own, too self conscious to be in a group.   For the shortness of breath and winded, weight or stress of course, she is going to run a stress test on me..otherwise I am due for my mammogram and that darn colonoscopy...don't want that at all..you should hear the horror stories I hear about that, especially from dad, h loves to tell of mom's experience while laughing ...
